Rewards Programs Policy



1. Introduction to the Rewards Program Terms: 


PollPe ( the app & website ) are digital products developed and regulated by Abhiman Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ( collectively referred to as “the company”, “ We ’’. “ Us” & “Our” ). For collaborative conduct, it is important for every user to read, understand and agree to the Rewards Program Terms ( referred to as “terms”) mentioned below. If a user (herein “You”, or “Your”) does not agree with the terms, they may choose not to use the PollPe app and website. To continue using the app & website, you Must provide your consent and agree to the terms listed below. 


Definitions of important terms: 


Here are some references that we would use throughout this agreement: 

1.1 Client: Refers to a third-party business that partners with PollPe to provide its services in the PollPe app and website. A ' client ' may also be classified as “ they “ & “ them “, an entity that collaborates with Abhiman Innovations to upscale its business strategy. You can refer to their official Terms of Use page to know how they function independently. 

1.2 User: Refers to an individual who uses the PollPe app and website to avail of its rewarding benefits. 

1.3 Services: Herein all the features available to the users of the PollPe app and website. 

1.4 Rewards: These are the monetary and non-monetary incentives provided to the users who use the services of PollPe. 

1.5 Gift cards: Refer to a group of redeemable coupons that can be redeemed for PollPe coins or Gems that a user earns from the PollPe app. Gift cards can be used to avail discounts, cashback or unique offers from a particular third-party client of PollPe. 

1.6 Vouchers: Herein the virtual coupons provide a monetary incentive to the user in exchange for PollPe coins or Gems. 

1.7 Program: The collective rewards model, strategy, and terms are referred to as “Program” in this agreement. 

1.8 Redeem: A user is eligible to earn PollPe coins and Gems from the app by completing the activities curated by the company. These PollPe coins and Gems can be exchanged for Gift Cards, Vouchers, merchandise, Free Fire virtual currency etc. This process of exchanging the PollPe coins is referred to as “Redeem” or “Redemption”. 

1.9 Request: Also mentioned as “Redeem Request” is a collaborative process wherein the user submits a request to get the rewards for their PollPe coins. The Redeem Request is received and processed by the company, and if it is a genuine request, the user gets their reward within 48 hours. 

1.10 Privacy: It is a fundamental human right that is strictly exercised in most countries. In simple words, Privacy is YOUR right to control your sensitive information. You can also decide who can see your info, who can use it and to what extent is it shared. 

1.11 Consent: When you willingly choose to participate in an activity through an app or website, you are granting your 'Consent' for the said activity.

1.12 Copyright: This is a governing law that grants exclusivity to protect artistic works such as software, taglines, blogs, etc. 


2. Who is Eligible to get rewards from the PollPe app?


Here is a set of guidelines/criteria that must be met by a user in order to receive rewards from the PollPe app. 

  • You must be a registered user of the PollPe app. 

  • You must have sufficient Withdrawable PollPe coins or Gems in your app to place a redemption request. Moreover, there can be certain eligibility requirements to place a request. 

  • You mustn’t be involved in any malicious activity. 

  • You must be registered with a valid Email address and Phone number. 

Please note that the company may modify, change or add new eligibility criteria as and when necessary, without prior notification or update to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to check the Rewards Policy Terms at regular intervals for any changes that may be published in the agreement. 


2.1. Payments and Incentives


PollPe is a rewarding platform that provides a number of rewards, vouchers, cashback and incentives for

  • Answering Polls

  • Filling Surveys

  • Completing Tasks

  • Answering Quizzes

  • Playing Games

  • Spinning the lucky wheel

  • Referring to your friend

  • Participating in Trending Offers and Ongoing Events etc.

The above-mentioned features of PollPe will reward you with PollPe Coins & Gems (in-app virtual currency) that can be redeemed for the following incentives: 


2.2. List of Rewards 


A user can redeem the following rewards from the PollPe app using PollPe coins or Gems:

  • Amazon Gift Cards

  • Flipkart Gift Cards

  • Myntra Gift Cards

  • Nykaa Gift Cards 

  • Google Play Credit 

  • Paytm Wallet Cash

  • Official Merchandise

  • BGMI UC etc.

Please note that the company may include or exclude some rewards that may affect the performance of the app in any way. 


3. Termination of Rewards Program Terms and Agreement 


PollPe reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. If the Rewards Program is terminated, all points earned but not yet redeemed will be forfeited.


3.1. PollPe may also terminate or suspend your participation in the Rewards Program if you:


  • Violate these Terms and Conditions;

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity; or

  • Otherwise, fail to comply with the terms of the Rewards Program.

  • If your participation in the Rewards Program is terminated, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem points. Any points that you have already earned will be forfeited.


3.2. Upon termination of the Rewards Program, all points earned but not yet redeemed will be forfeited. You will also no longer be able to participate in the Rewards Program or earn or redeem points.


3.3. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the termination of the Rewards Program will be resolved in accordance with the terms of the PollPe Terms of Service.


You can also refer to the User Agreements of our clients who have provided third-party integration in the PollPe app. Namely, they are Google, ayeT Offerwall, Pollfish, AdGate Media and BitLabs. These third-party businesses help to provide more features, services and relevant ads to you.
